Yup looks like the rumors of Bass being playable in mega man 10 are true and here is a sneak peek of Bass gameplay.

The DLC is scheduled to be released worldwide.  Bass Mode (or should that be Forte Mode?) should be available in the US on the 5th of April, 2010.
