The Sheraton Gateway Hotel near LAX will be the place to be for gamers all across Southern California. We are talking tournaments involving Mario Kart, Halo: Reach, Bomberman, Guitar Hero, Mortal Kombat, Marvel Vs. Capcom 3, , Super Smash Bros., Dance Central, and much more. Don’t for one second believe this is only limited to video games. Gamex is hosting events for board games, card games, LARPs, and miniatures. Don’t know how to play? Want to perfect your skills? Seminars are offered for pretty much any and all games featured this weekend.

This looks like it’s going to be a lot of fun and it is a perfect way to kick off the countdown to E3!
