After initially suffering from minor delays, Payday:  The Heist has been recently confirmed to arrive on the PSN on October 18.  The PLAY program (similar to Xbox 360′s Summer of Arcade) had originally been set to culminate with the release of P:TH, but was pushed back due to development issues.   The PC version is still up in the air, but PS3 owners can expect to pick it up this Tuesday from the PSN store for $19.99.   As promised, customers who have already purchased the other 4 titles in the PLAY program (Street Fighter:  Third Strike, BloodRayne:  Betrayal, Deathspank:  The Baconing, and Renegade Ops) will be able to unlock the game for free.
