Are you as annoyed sometimes as I am about the “industry’s” penchant for shelling out mediocre “series” games in the holiday season, that are half-complete, uninspired and forgettable, and usually based on some money-in, money-out formula. FPS+ Explosions +WW2+Bros+Zombies= profits right? If you ever get jaded on the “industry’s” ability to create great, boundary pushing, beautiful gaming experiences, look no further than the team that is creating/ crafting Skyrim. This game looks absolutely beautiful. This looks to be one of those games that one could probably play over and over for the next year, possibly many years to come and still not soak up all the goodness thats there to be savored.
Anyways there is a very inspiring and illuminating article up on the community website. Included in the post is a dev-diary that I strongly urge you to not pass over too quickly, on your search for shiny things. Also, there are a series of new artwork screens as well as a short video detailing the paper to game process. ://www.elderscrolls.com/community/completely-blue-sky-concept-skyrim/
For your enjoyment here is a demo videos of Skyrim. It’s long so if you have some time to kill, take a gander:
