Ni No Kuni isn’t as new as you may think….

 

While trolling cosplayers and taking photos around the Anime Expo 2012 halls, I found myself having a conversation with one of my buddies; during which we somehow got around to talking about the much anticipated Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch. He went on to inform me that the game has actually been out since around 2010 in japan….on the Nintendo DS. For a moment I thought he was just fucking with me, but my research has actually yeilded several youtube vids showing just this. Apparently in japan it didn’t sell super well, so you can actually snag it pretty cheap; which is badass because Ni No Kuni’s standard edition comes complete with a story book and a few other goodies. Below you can check out a video of someone playing through about the first seven minutes via an emulator, but I’m sure you can find the title on playasia or amazon if you really want a copy.
